I have to ask God to help me before Mass starts, and I have to constantly look at the Altar anticipating Jesus’ arrival. Once He is there it is easier, but I can still be distracted in a millisecond. It is a constant bringing my attention to Christ and thanking Him for anything and everyone that flits through my mind.
